Configuration:

Loeser belt grinding machines can be equipped with 2 or 4 or 6 stations in one cabinet. Multihead machines with 8, 10, 12 heads are configured with 4+4 or 6+2 cabinet combinations. The system is fully modular and easy to upgrade with additional stations to grow with future needs of our customers.

Enclosed versions with noise, water and dust proof cabinets maximize operating comfort and easy comply with highest safety standards. Dry versions and low cost open design versions are available also.

Machine size changeover can be done manually or fully automated, minimizing the setup time and maximize the production and profit.

Fist class components - all spindles, screws and bolts are stainless steel. This guarantees maximum life time of products. Optional features like complete belt station in stainless, drying stations, laser measuring, surface checking and more is available.

12 Station belt grinding machine and mirror polishing line with 8 belt heads and 4 angled buffing stations. 2 Station polishing and buffing systems used for ball screw and teflon coating of shock absorbers and other chrome plated product to increase corrosion resistance and to reduce friction. Also used for deburring of hydraulic valve spools and precison components

4 Station belt grinding machine for surface preparation prior to chrome plating. Towel radiators, furniture, shop interior, cylinders, hydraulic rods, piston rings, linear motion guides are only some of the applications of these systems.

Roller guide with "Loeser secure pinch roll drive system". The motion of the workpiece is precisely controlled for tight tolerances and superior surface quality.

Vibratory conveyor system with transport by micro motion control. This system is ideal for short and very small diameters. Reliable and easy to operate for medium production quantities of larger diameter tubes and bars.

Compound system to apply wax on the buffing heads is available for solid wax sticks and also for liquid wax. Automatic feeding systems for unmanned operation and constant quality control.
